Our return and refund policy is 30 days from date of delivery of your product. After 30 days, returns or refunds are no longer eligible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to Beyond International before you have initiated contact with the Beyond Team and confirmed your return request.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund once we have inspected the return package. A standard 10% restocking fee will be charged for all items being returned by the customer. If the product has been damaged by the customer or items missing from the return product, Beyond International reserves the right to charge up to 50% restocking fee. When the return is approved the original amount minus restocking fee will automatically be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days of receiving the return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you believe that you have not received a refund yet, first check your original method of payment to confirm, as it may take some time to process through either credit card or bank account methods of payment. Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you have received a different product from what you ordered. If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at and we will instruct you with the next steps.


To Return your merchandise, you should mail your product with the Return Label that will be provided by Beyond International and send to:

Beyond International will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. The time for the return to reach Beyond International may vary depending on where you live. Please ensure that you utilize the same box that your product was delivered with for return back.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
